Ben,

I've been toying with HDR for a few months now. Several good books, lots of sites with tutorials, etc. Last week I received your HDR Mastery DVD.....

Thanks! While I was familiar with many of the concepts, you really pulled it together for me. The final section on Enhancements was just what I needed! Great instructional DVD, and it's really appreciated!

Keep up the amazing work!

As an aside, I traveled the US 2006 with an Airstream while writing for Airstream Life. Not as big as your bus....but still enjoyable!

I have been doing what you are talking about in an RV for the past 5+ years. I don't recommend a 1947 bus.
Parts might be scarce and things always brake down. We cannot be delayed while a repair service looks for a part. See our schedule:

We ahve never missed an assignment/show in 5 years.
We travel in a Monaco Diplomat and carry our gear in a towed Chevy Trailblazer. I hope to catch your seminar in St. Louis in Sept. on our way thru.

Hey Tom,

I've been living on a 1997 bus full-time for almost two and a half years.

That old bus has an engine, transmission, axels, brakes and steering that are newer than my current bus (almost 2000 vintage). I don't think it will be difficult to find essential parts for that since a huge number of city buses use the same engine/tranny/brakes, etc. combo.

It's when I brake a turn signal lens or other unique pieces that it might be difficult to find parts... but I know of people who own 5-6 of them each and are very willing to sell me parts.

I'm very respectful of your credentials and overall your skills.

We met at the Grove's B&N!!!

Search for MaxwellRender; you'll find it's the most true to photography renderer out there; they also use HDRI for various purposes, lighting backgrounds, reflections, refractions, etc.

Cheers!

Hey Ben,
Purchased this DVD-ROM and love the content. I am having one problem. After processing the image in Photomatix Pro and saving as a 16 bit Tiff, when I go to Bridge, the "open in camera raw" option is grayed out and not available. I'm using a PC with CS2. Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Ben Willmore

Hi Greg,

That happens to me on occasion and can usually be fixed by choosing Tools>Cache>Purge Cache for this folder.

I hope that helps!

I greatly enjoyed your HDR class at PS World Vegas and wanted to inquire about the architectural HDR program. I could not find it mentioned, and I would greatly appreciate the name when you have a moment. Thank you and I really enjoyed and learned a lot from your class.
