Heading to Minneapolis & Las Vegas

Vegas

I'm heading to Minneapolis today. I'll be there to attend a friend's bachelor's party... I'll be in Iceland on the date of his wedding. I'll be flying to Las Vegas on Sunday and will be shooting Death Valley for 2.275 days. After that, I'll return to Las Vegas to photograph a model the same afternoon I get back and then shoot the Neon Graveyard the next morning before jumping on stage to teach my PhotoshopWorld Pre-conference "Advanced Photoshop" session.

Wow, what an itinerary! Are you dizzy yet? Can't wait to see some of your Death Valley shots.

Hey Ben. Hope all is well. Loved the NYC PS class! I am heading to Vegas the end of the month and was wondering if you had any suggestions on any ghost towns or such to shoot? I will be out for work for a week and want to squeeze in a shoot or two. Thanks and take care.

dennis

When I was in Las Vegas, I drove two hours to get to Death Valley and shot there. If you haven't been to the area before, then I'd suggest driving to Page, AZ and shooting Antelope Canyon and possibly the Wave, which are found nearby.

I haven't explored any ghost towns near LV yet.

-Ben
