Ben, We're excited to hear that you're heading to one of our favorite places in the world - The Wave! It is sensational - one of the greatest payoffs for 6 miles of hiking to be found anywhere. We were there in April, 2004, and took a ton of pictures. Be sure to find out everything you can about the strict limits on the number of hiking permits available each day (you have to enter a drawing at the Paria Ranger Station first thing in the morning on the day before you want to hike). If you need details, check out the link to the BLM that we've included. Antelope Canyon is great too - be sure to take a morning or mid-day tour so that you can get pics of the shafts of sunlight streaming into the canyon. We boondocked at the Page Wal-Mart for a few days, and also spent time at the nearby Page-Lake Powell RV Park for full hook-ups. Have a blast and be sure to share your (sure to be wonderful) photos of the area.
