Today I was able to get all my stuff unpacked and stored away in various drawers, closets and basement storage bays. I was also able to simply relax and hang out for a while with a friend, which made it feel like I've really completed the moving process. I'll be heading to Miami for PhotoshopWorld early Tuesday morning.

Hi, Ben. I hope your life experiment goes well. It can be done fairly painlessly, though. My parents have been living on their RV since Hurricane Katrina hit: http://www.flickr.com/photos/shawnzlea/67706476/in/set-1461403/
(But it is harder to travel in it when all of your possessions are inside...more stuff sliding around etc. etc.)
