Before & After Magazine

I've been reading Before & After magazine since it got started and treasure my back issues. It teaches you how to think about design even it you don't consider yourself a designer. They have many sample spreads on their web site, go check it out.
Yes, very useful. and for those living in a place where B&A is not distributed, check out creativepro's archives for PDF articles: http://www.creativepro.com/author/home/1965.html

How many pages does each magazine usually have? Are they bigger then the approx 10 page free pdfs featured on the site?
I just bought and started reading John McWade's books but have always wondered about the magazine in terms of size and how it was printed/binded.

It's more of a newsletter length of maybe 10-12 pages with no advertising.
